  • [02C-02-5] Ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared onsite and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked. Observed flan at the front counter with no date marking. As per owner it was cooked 6 days ago. Also pork cooked and sliced ham from 2/8.
  • [14-11-5] Equipment gaskets in poor repair. Observed vertical reach in cooler gaskets in poor repair.
  • [24-05-4] Clean glasses, cups, bowls, plates, pots and pans not stored inverted or in a protected manner. Employee corrected it.
  • [27-16-4] Water with a temperature of least 85 degrees Fahrenheit not provided/shut off at employee handwash sink. Observed not hot running water in the public restroom. Employee opened the faucet.
  • [31A-11-4] Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed a utensil inside the hand sink at the front counter. Employee moved it out.
  • [33-06-4] Trash receptacles not provided where needed in establishment. Missing at the hand sink located at the front prep area.

  • [22-45-4] Food-contact surfaces not sanitized after cleaning, before use. Do not use equipment/utensils not properly sanitized. Observed some plates inside the rinse water sanitizer 0 chlorine ppm. Owner added chlorine sanitizer , then 50 ppm.
  • [03A-02-5] Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed cooked sausage at 53 F inside ice bath, but ice was not touching the sausages on the top. Employee added more ice around the food product. Sausages were there for around 1 hr.
  • [25-32-4] Reuse of single-service or single-use articles. Observed milk gallo s used to store lemon juice inside reach in cooler .
  • [06-09-1] Commercially processed reduced oxygen packaged fish bearing a label indicating that it is to remain frozen until time of use no longer frozen and not removed from reduced oxygen package. Observed commercially packaged salmon ( thawing) inside the sealed vacuumed bag. Employee opened the bag and transferred all the fish to a food container.
  • [08A-05-6] Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Observed cooked pork underneath raw fish. Employee inverted them immediately.
  • [10-01-5] In-use utensil in non-time/temperature control for safety food not stored with handle above top of food within a closed container. Observed scoop handle touching the rice in a container. Employee fixed it.
