  • [22-49-4] Dishmachine not sanitizing properly. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Observed chemical dish machine at 0ppm. Chemical bucket was empty. Manager replaced chemical bucket. Took second test at 100ppm.
