  • [22-42-4] Chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength for manual warewashing. Do not use equipment/utensils not properly sanitized....chlorine 00 ppm . Manager pour chlorine into water at 100 Ppm.

Manager covered food . tofu 45F, bean sprouts 45F in walk in cooler, per manager food was delivered today, food being held less than 4 hours . Manager closed door properly .

  • [31A-09-4] Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times....blocked by the table, reach in cooler by the fryer.
