  • [14-11-5] Sliding reach in cooler empty with food of any kind, operator stated that theyre waiting for the technician.

  • [14-33-4] Reach-in cooler shelves with rust that has pitted the surface.
  • [21-12-4] Wet wiping cloth not stored in sanitizing solution between uses. Multiple wet wiping towels on preparation table. Operator properly stored in chlorine sanitizer solution.
  • [03B-01-6] During the callback inspection observed cheese pizza 108F, shrimp 100F, fried chicken wings 90F. As per operator food was put out in the buffet line about 1 hour ago.
