Approximately 90 rodent droppings under dish machine, drain boards, and prep table along wall opposite of cook line in kitchen. Approximately 30 rodent droppings in dry storage area in kitchen next to walk in cooler. Employees began to clean up droppings during inspection.

Shredded chicken dated 8/13 and 8/14 then frozen and thawed yesterday per kitchen manager in reach in cooler at end of make line by office.
