- [22-02-4] Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Interior of soda nozzles on soda machine in drive thru soiled with debris. Also, water nozzle at end of three compartment sink soiled with build up.
- [24-08-4] Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Clean pans on bottom shelf in dry storage stacked before proper air drying.

Also, floor under fryers/fry warmer soiled with grease/food debris. Also, wall behind syrups for ice cream soiled with syrup residue. Also, floor in drive thru soiled with build up. Also, wall in mop sink soiled with build up. Also, ceiling vent in mens restroom soiled with dust build up.
- [53B-05-5] Required employee training expired for all employees. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. All employee at time of inspection food handler training expired. Manager on duty stated general manager is new to location and already in the process of getting everyone retrained.
- [12B-07-4] Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Employee coffee cup on top of warming unit across from cook line near pass through window. Employee removed and discarded of drink.
