  • [11-02-5] Certified Food Manager or person in charge failed to verify employee health, exclusions or restrictions. Manager stated that three new employees started last week, manager not able to provide documentation that employee responsibilities were explained to them , employees did not have food handler certifications. Sent employee health agreements to Manager who printed them out and had employees sign them.
