- [03A-02-5] Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. In middle reach in cooler on cook line, pan of pork wontons (46F - Cold Holding). Manager stated wontons were out of cooler while making orders then put back into reach in cooler.

Manager flipped items.

Also, walk-in freezer floor soiled with food debris. Also, multiple ceiling tiles throughout establishment stained/broken.
