Pan containing raw chicken stored on shelf directly above two tubes of raw hamburger meat inside reach-in cooler at kitchen entrance. Manager moved the raw chicken to another shelf during this inspection.

Employees personal bag stored directly on top of containers of cooking oil in back of kitchen. Manager removed the items from the area during this inspection.
