  • [41-27-4] Wiping cloth sanitizer solution exceeds the maximum concentration allowed. In server station, kitchen and bakery area, Sanitizer Bucket (Quaternary 500+ppm). Manager remade all sanitizer buckets and rechecked at 200ppm.

Manager has wrong test strips for wiping clothes and three compartment sink. Manager stated he will order for next truck. Inspector provided a few test strips to get they by.
