Soap dispenser at handwash sink near drive through unable to dispense soap. The manager stated the dispenser may need a new battery and placed a hand pump soap bottle at the handwash sink during this inspection.
  • [16-37-1] No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. No chlorine test kit available for chlorine sanitizer in sanitizer buckets.
  • [14-16-4] Multiuse food-contact surface not smooth, free of breaks/cracks/chips/pits/crevices. Top of opening cracked near hinge of ice machine lid.
  • [23-03-4] Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. 1. Area around nozzles of fountain machine in lobby soiled with mold-like substance. 2. Interior of cabinet below fountain machine in lobby and wrap around drain lines inside cabinet soiled with mold-like substance.
  • [21-07-4] Wiping cloth chlorine sanitizing solution not at proper minimum strength. Sanitizer bucket chlorine 0ppm. Manager had an employee dump and refill the bucket, then chlorine 50ppm.
  • [40-06-5] Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Employees phone stored in pan directly on top of syrup packets on shelf in front of kitchen. Manager removed the phone from the area during this inspection.
