- [35A-11-4] Evidence of feeding stray/wild animals - food/water bowls provided outside. One cat and bowl containing cat food on ground beside dumpster enclosure.
- [24-08-4] Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Wet nested clear plastic pans on shelf above three-compartment sink.
- [12A-09-4] Single-use gloves not changed as needed after changing tasks or when damaged or soiled. Employee at cookline used a wiping cloth to sanitize equipment and the proceeded to handle tortillas with the same gloved hands without first washing hands and changing gloves. Inspector educated employees on proper handwashing during this inspection.
