- [29-11-4] Water leaking from pipe and/or faucet/handle. Leaking water pipe outside near dumpster enclosure, pooling water in grass.
- [12A-28-4] Employee touched soiled apron/clothes and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Employee at cookline wiped bare hands on pants, then proceeded to handle the fryer basket without first washing hands.
- [12A-17-4] Employee rubbed hands together for less than 10-15 seconds while washing hands. Employee at cookline handled raw hamburger meat, then washed hands for approximately five seconds, then put on new gloves. Manager had the employee wash hands again for 20 seconds and put in new gloves.
