[02C-02-5] Ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared onsite and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked. Observed in the walk-in cooler egg rolls no date of preparation. These were made on Sunday.
[40-06-5] Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Observed : a jacket and cell phone stored over and next to bulk food on the dry goods shelf these personal items were moved to a chair and below.
[41-10-4] Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed : spray WD-40 stored over bulk sugar, in dry storage.

Observed : in the back reach-in freezer, raw chicken over repacked beef. ALSO, on the cook line, the chicken was on the back row in the make table, followed by shrimp and beef. The new order was chicken-beef and then shrimp.
[23-24-4] Buildup of food debris/soil residue on equipment door handles. Observed : the walk-in cooler door handle has an accumulation of food debris on the backside of the handle.
