Establishment has no approved Alternative Operating Procedure. Observed employee cut tomatoes with bare hands. Immediately addressed and she discarded the tomatoes and washed hands and put gloves on.
  • [16-46-4] Old labels stuck to food containers after cleaning. Old labels on in use containers. Person in charge removed old labels.
