  • [36-73-4] Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. Under all equipment at front counter, drive through area, and cook line.
  • [01B-13-4] Stop Sale issued due to food not being in a wholesome, sound condition. Per manager all items on cart in walk in cooler where held on time control the day before and have not been discarded yet: 2 pans of cut tomatoes 1 pan of shredded lettuce 1 pan of shredded cheddar cheese 1 pan of blue cheese crumbles 1 pan of chopped eggs
