  • [42-01-4] Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. Two wet mops stored down inside buckets near mop sink.
  • [41-10-4] Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Package containing two bottles of air freshener stored in box beside canned drinks below front counter. An employee removed the chemical from the area during this inspection.
  • [13-04-4] Employee with no beard guard/restraint while engaging in food preparation. Several employees with beards working in kitchen and handling food without wearing beard guards.
