Observed chlorine sanitizer dishwasher machine at 0ppm at bar area, staff provided new sanitizer solution, primed and retested at 100 ppm.
- Paper towel dispenser at handwash sink not working/unable to dispense paper towels. Observed at employees bathroom, staff proceeded to fix dispenser, dispenser working properly.

Operator removed desserts and placed inside other cooler.
