  • [53B-03-5] Required employee training provided by an unapproved provider. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. All employee proof of food handler training is through E Food Handler.
  • [08B-02-4] Displayed food not properly protected from contamination. Loaves of bread on speed rack next to deli case with no top or front cover. Employee added top cover and moved speed rack to behind the service counter.
