Observed raw stacked pork wrapped in plastic wrap that was prepared offsite White chest cooler observed on back of pick up truck being brought to food, trailer site: Bag of raw beef, two bags of shredded mozzarella, one third pan of cut cilantro, and tortillas,

- Self-sufficient mobile food dispensing vehicle operating from an unapproved commissary. Operator is obtaining water from former restaurant building- 14206 DR MARTIN LUTHER KING JR BLVD, DOVER per property appraiser. Operator has additional open grill that is not on approved plans and is mobile. Observed operator removing it from trailer on personal vehicle. Operator also verified that food being prepared for unit is being done at a residential address.

Must submit plans and plan review application to DBPR H and R Plan Review office located at 2601 Blair Stone Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32399-1011. Plans must be submitted AND approved within 60 days.
