Operator moved raw chicken to bottom of cooler. Also, on flip top reach in cooler on cook line, raw beef wrapped in plastic wrap stored on metal bowl on top of can of ready to eat sauce. Operator moved raw beef bowl off sauce. Also, in reach in freezer along back wall of establishment, two uncovered pans of raw chicken wings stored on top of bags of pea carrot mix. Operator removed raw chicken from freezer. Also, in walk-in cooler, large plastic tub of raw chicken stored over containers of cooked curry. Operator moved raw chicken to bowl shelf. Also, in lobby in stand up reach in freezer, raw chicken covered in plastic wrap stored over commercially packaged cooked krab meat. Operator began to move chicken to bottom of freezer.
[24-08-4] Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. On shelf above 3 compartment sink multiple pans stacked before properly air drying.
[22-02-4] Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Interior of flip top reach in cooler on cook line soiled with food debris.
