- Current Hotel and Restaurant license not displayed. Observed : the license under the old ownership was the only visible license.
- Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Observed : ice build up around the fan shroud in the walk-in freezer.

ALSO, the bulk container with the bulk bag of cinnamon has an accumulation of cinnamon under the bag. And, the area behind the soda machine in the dining area has an accumulation of debris.

Observed sliced American cheese, (46F - Cold Holding); hot dogs (50F - Cold Holding) in top of the flip top reach-in cooler on cook line next to grill. Observed items stored in shallow pan causing items to be above chill line of pan. Employee placed both items in bottom of reach in cooler.

Also, cutting board on flip top reach-in cooler nearest grill soiled/ stained. Also, vegetable cutter and blade of can opener at prep area has accumulation of food debris.

In flip top reach in cooler for pizza toppings, ham (47F - Cold Holding); sausage (46F - Cold Holding); beef (46F - Cold Holding); cut tomatoes (45F - Cold Holding); cheese (46F - Cold Holding); chicken (47F - Cold Holding) per operator was working earlier when cooling sausage, operator called for maintenance and removed to walk in cooler.
- No plan review submitted and approved - renovations were made or are in progress. Must submit plans and plan review application to DBPR H and R Plan Review office located at 2601 Blair Stone Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32399-1011. Plans must be submitted AND approved within 60 days. - Stop Sale issued on time/temperature control for safety food due to temperature abuse. Three lidded containers of rice in right flip top reach in cooler. Temperature is 52F/57F/56F. Per operator, rice prepared yesterday and cooled overnight.
- Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. See stop sale. Fresh chopped garlic on cart in kitchen at 73F. Per operator, garlic placed out of refrigeration 2 hours prior. Garlic moved to reach-in cooler. Also, raw shell eggs on cart in kitchen at 69F ambient. Per operator, eggs placed out of refrigeration approximately one hour prior. Eggs moved to reach-in cooler.
- Food manager certification expired. Manager certification for Suzanne L expired on 3-11-2026, no other proof of food handler training available.

- Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Ice build up in cooking standup reach in freezer on top compressor. Ice build up in walk in freezer in fan, preventing rotation.
