Establishment has no approved Alternative Operating Procedure. Observed employee on cell phone, place phone back in pocket lift ready to eat pizza with bare hand on pizza peel then grab seasoning and spread over pizza, no hand washing sign. Discussed proper glove use and hand washing with Operator.
